No. The robots currently only work on XM Trading’s platform.

They’ve been specifically programmed, tested and optimised for XM’s trading environment to ensure compatibility and consistency.

No. The robots are not AI. They use “old-school” coded trading strategies with predefined rules and logic.

That means they don’t make random decisions or try to guess what the market might do.

Instead, they continuously monitor the markets and only execute trades when very specific conditions are met.

The Robot's trade:

• Forex: EUR/USD, AUD/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF

• Commodities: XAU (Gold), XAU/EUR, XAG (Silver) and Oil

• Indices: S&P500, NASDAQ

Yes. You can choose which robots and instruments you’d like to trade. 

However, the robots can only be used on instruments and timeframes that have been specifically tested and optimised by us. They should not be applied to unsupported markets.

For example, you may choose to only trade Forex, only Commodities, or only Indices. You can even select specific instruments within those categories, such as only trading EUR/USD.

It all depends on the market.

The robots don't trade for the sake of it - only when specific conditions are met.

Some days there will be multiple trades, and there may be days when no trades are executed.

However, demo account conditions are not identical to live trading conditions. Factors such as spreads, execution speed, liquidity, and slippage may differ between demo and live environments, which means performance on a demo account may not perfectly reflect live account performance.

We’ve got nothing to hide and believe in full transparency. That’s why we provide read-only access to our live trading account containing our model portfolio, giving you full visibility into the account’s performance, including every trade placed, profits, losses, drawdown, and account history.

All performance data is independently verified by MQL5, the owners of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, meaning the statistics cannot be manually edited or manipulated by us.

Trading robots have been around for a long time. We didn’t invent the concept, and there are thousands of robots on the market. The difference comes down to quality, testing, transparency, and track record.

Many robots are either unprofitable, heavily over-optimised, or only tested in a backtesting environment without ever being proven in real market conditions. While we do conduct extensive backtesting over approximately two and a half years of historical data, we don’t stop there.

Before any robot is released to the public, we also test it using our own money in a live market environment. Only the strategies that continue to perform under real market conditions make it through our vetting process.

Yes and no.

The initial setup process does require access to a laptop or desktop computer, as well as whenever making future changes or updates to the robot configuration.

However, once the robot has been set up, you can use your phone or tablet to monitor your trading account, track performance and account history through the mobile trading app.

Once everything has been installed and configured, the robot can continue operating without you needing to actively use a laptop or desktop day to day.
