I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and legally capable of managing my own financial affairs. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Thriiver (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”), its employees, directors, and affiliates against any and all losses or damages arising from my use of the services provided.

All information provided under this service, referred to as "trade signals," is general in nature and should not be construed as financial advice or a directive of any kind. The Company will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to reliance on this information. Users are expressly advised to conduct their own research and exercise independent judgment before placing any trades.

Trading involves significant risk, and while the Company conducts research to inform its opinions, no outcome can ever be guaranteed. Any trade carries the potential for financial loss, including losses exceeding your initial deposit.

The Company does not consider your personal financial circumstances, trading experience, or investment goals when sharing trade signals. As such, no content provided constitutes personal advice. You should consider your own financial situation and risk tolerance before acting on any information provided. If you are uncertain, you should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor who can assess your individual needs and circumstances.

Acceptance to this service is subject to the following conditions:

5.1 You must open an account using the Company’s unique referral link with the recommended broker;
5.2 A minimum initial net deposit of $100 must be made into the linked brokerage account;
5.3 All trades based on signal information must be executed only through your linked account at the recommended broker;
5.4 You must place at least one trade per calendar month using the linked brokerage account.

The Company makes no guarantees as to the frequency, profitability, or success of trade signals provided. Signal frequency and content are determined solely by the Company based on prevailing market conditions. You understand that past performance is not indicative of future performance.

The Company monitors account activity monthly. Failure to meet the minimum trade activity in Clause 5.4 may result in suspension from the signal service. If you are found to be using proprietary trade information on any other platform or in breach of these terms, your access may be revoked immediately without recourse.

These terms apply to all packages offered, regardless of deposit size or account value, and may only be amended by express written agreement with the Company.

The Company may provide the following for each trade signal:

  • The instrument being analysed

  • A buy/sell indication (opinion)

  • A potential entry level

  • An illustrative stop-loss level

  • An illustrative take-profit level

Execution of trades based on these signals remains your sole responsibility.

Due to the volatility of financial markets, signals are time-sensitive and may lose relevance quickly. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice or liability
