Any monthly renewal will occur on the anniversary date of your purchase and the date of renewal will be per the initial plan with which you sign up.

1. The Company offers a 28-day money-back guarantee on this product (“money-back guarantee”) from the date of purchase. Should you exercise this option, the Company will refund you in full, provided that you comply with the terms as set out below. Please note that any refund will only be made into the bank account from which your payment was received.

2. Upon receipt of payment, you will be provided with access to the course. Whilst the Company will not prevent you from viewing the entirety of the course, you are explicitly warned that should you open and/or view any module save for module 1, your money-back guarantee will be void. The Company uses sophisticated software which will alert both the Company and the User once any module save for module 1 has been opened. In the event that the software alerts the Company to the aforementioned, you will no longer be able to exercise the money-back guarantee.

3. To exercise the money-back guarantee, you must:

• Strictly comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the general Terms of Use which can be found at https://www.thriiver.com/pages/terms 
• Access the course within 28 days from date of purchase. Once given access to a specific course, should you fail, for any reason whatsoever, to access the course you have registered for within 28 days from date of registration, your money-back guarantee will fall away;

4. Upon successful registration and payment, the user will receive lifetime access to the course. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the user’s access in the event that:

• The user fails to make payment as per the payment option selected;
• The user cancels their registration;
• The user elects to exercise the 28-day money-back guarantee; or
• The user breaches any of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Terms of Use.

5. In the event that a user selects the instalment based payment option, the user will not gain access to the full course immediately. In this instance, the user will be granted access proportional to the payment option selected, until full payment for the course has been received. For the avoidance of doubt, should the user elect to:

• Make one full upfront payment, all 10 of the course modules + Added Bonuses will be released to him/her.
• Exercise a 10-month payment option, the user will be granted access to one new module each month for the duration of the 10 months. Added Bonuses will be released to him/her upon the receipt of full payment.
• Exercise a 5-month payment option, the user will be granted access to two new modules for each payment that is received. Added Bonuses will be released to him/her upon the receipt of full payment.
